About me

Since 2003, I have been working as a cross-cultural trainer, coach and consultant for many international corporations and medium-sized companies across many industries. I have travelled extensively in Asia and Europe and have gained a lot of practical experience in international projects.

Being a cross-cultural trainer is an absolute passion of mine. I love decoding cultural differences and building bridges between people from different cultural backgrounds. I believe that if we minimise misunderstandings and improve our communication, we will make this world a better place to live.

I can support you in being more confident; successfully cooperating on an international scale and achieving effective cross-cultural competence. My specialty is to find a tailor-made and well-functioning solution for my clients.

I was born and raised in China. After studying business administration, I worked as a foreign trade executive in the automotive industry in Beijing for four years. In 1996 I received a German scholarship and came to Germany. First, I studied Economic Information Technology at the Technical University of Braunschweig. I then worked for three years as a controller and IT specialist at a large German bank in Frankfurt am Main.

In my free time I like to cook a nice meal at home or enjoy peace and quiet in nature. In summer, I especially love to observe the changing clouds and the wonderful light by the sea. I am a big fan of "Hercules Poirot" in Agatha Christie’s crime novels. The personality "Poirot" fascinates me: his analytical thinking, his striving for perfection, his passion for delicious food and hot chocolate.
